How long did that take?

....long enough that I’m both proud and ashamed of how long it took.

Is there a reason for that, besides the usual “Well, why the fuck not”?

Between the lounge area and the space needed for the mountain of laundry a family of 4 goes through, I decided it was the most effective use of available space.

You appear to have fewer obstacles in your way.

Between the lounge area for the extra couch...
And the amount of laundry a family of 4 goes through, it seemed like the best way to get the Audi in the garage to begin repairs without sacrificing usable space in the rest of the garage.

you got some wheel dollies so you can get it out without having to move the sofa and everything behind it?

I got it in without moving everything behind it, I imagine I’ll be able to get it back out when I’m done working on it, haha.

You’re going to have just as tough a time getting that audi there...

Nice. But if the Mrs gets pregnant I’d move the car to the driveway at month 8.75. “Unparking” the car might take some time when her water breaks.

The Audi doesn’t run?

The ‘mechanic’ who did my timing belt for me forgot to grease the new cam and crank seals, so it’s puking oil. And it needs a new distributor. And I need to re-torque the new rear suspension bushings with the suspension properly loaded. It runs, but very rough and with copious amounts of oil leakage.

Oh nice so he fucked them up when he installed them? I don’t know how you can even install a dry seal, or fuck it up but continue with the job.

So the solution to getting the car out is putting enough power into it and doing a 4 wheel burnout right?

I like your manner of thinking, sir.
